Delivered Files Explained

We offer live editing for podcast sessions, cutting between cameras in real-time as you record. This means you receive one complete file with professional camera transitions already embedded, saving you post-production time.

If you require isolated camera files, we’re happy to provide them for an additional fee. Please bring an external hard drive to transfer the individual camera recordings after your session.

File Format Conversion Service: Need your videos in different formats? Our professional transcoding service (available for an additional fee) converts your files to meet specific platform requirements. We handle format changes, resolution adjustments, and codec conversions for optimal playback across all devices and platforms.

What's included in a standard session?

Our standard sessions include a professional engineer, full studio setup, live video switching, and delivery of edited files. Each session comes with our premium equipment and expert technical support throughout your recording.

How quickly will I receive my files?

We provide immediate delivery of your live-cut video file. All final files (video, audio, and social media clips) are delivered via download link within 5 business days of your session completion.

Do you offer different file formats for social media platforms?
Yes! We provide transcoding services to optimize your content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for an additional fee. This includes format conversion, resolution adjustments, and platform-specific optimizations.
Can I get the raw footage from all cameras?
Isolated camera and audio files are available upon request for an additional fee. Please bring an external hard drive (SSD recommended) for file transfer after your session.
What's your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds with 48 hours notice, 50% refund with 24 hours notice, and no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Do you offer photography services in the same studio?

Yes! Our studio is fully equipped for professional photography sessions, including corporate headshots, product photography, and event coverage. You can book photography separately or combine it with your video session.

Can I live stream my recording?
Absolutely! We have enterprise-grade internet connectivity and can stream to any platform including YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, or your preferred streaming service.
Do you provide editing services beyond the live cut?
Yes! We offer comprehensive post-production services, including color grading, audio sweetening, social media clip creation, and full video editing. Turnaround times vary based on project complexity.
Is parking available?

Yes, we provide free parking to make your visit as convenient as possible. You’ll find complimentary parking directly in front of our studio, with additional free options nearby if needed.

What's the minimum booking time?
Our minimum session duration is 90 minutes. Longer sessions can be booked as needed for more complex productions.
Can you help with content strategy and distribution?
We offer consulting services for content strategy, platform optimization, and distribution. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and goals.
Do you accommodate different group sizes?
Yes! Our studio setup is flexible and can be configured for solo recordings, small groups, or full panels of up to 4 people comfortably.
